This eyeglass cleaning tool is made by Scunci, and it's called a Scunci Swipes. It comes in a variety of bright colors, mine is yellow, and it's only about 3 inches long and is made of a hard plastic. There are small roundish cleaning pads on the top inside of this tool, and you use it like you would a pair of tweezers. You place the pads on either side of your eyeglasses and swipe them across the lens to clean it.
Swipes Microfiber Eyeglass Cleaner is safe on all eyeglasses. They are washable and reusable. The super Micro-fiber pads clean all types of lenses and come attached to a removable keychain.
